Our first consultation is where I get to know you—your goals, your questions, your budget. We'll talk through what matters most, bring clarity to your finances, and outline exactly how I work. Once we’ve mapped out your goals, we need to get you pre-qualified for a loan (if needed). If you have a lender, great, let’s get us connected. If not, I can connect you with lenders and they will guide you through the mortgage process. This is the first of several steps we’ll take to get you ready.

Finding the right home takes time. You’ve likely already been searching, so you know it can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. Patience matters. My role is to fully understand your lifestyle and budget so we can do two things at once: widen the net and sharpen our focus. We’ll explore a variety of styles, layouts, and neighborhoods to help you get clear on what fits. This part is about exploring with purpose, and when the right home shows up, you’ll know it, and you’ll be ready.

With your pre-qualification letter in hand and the right home in sight, we’ll shift our focus to crafting a strong, competitive offer. I’ll guide you through the purchase contract, explain key terms, and make sure you understand your rights before anything is signed. Using real-time market insights, we’ll shape an offer that aligns with your goals and puts you in the best position to succeed.

Once it’s submitted, we stay proactive. If we’re outbid or the offer is rejected, we’ll be ready. The goal is to keep momentum, stay focused, and never lose sight of your bigger plan.

Once your offer is accepted, it’s important to stay on track. I’ll help manage the moving parts, which include: inspections, appraisals, and lender coordination, while preparing you for any unexpected turns along the way. This stage can bring stress, but you won’t be navigating it alone. You’ll know what’s happening, what’s next, and how to stay ready for anything.

With everything in place, we’ll do a final walkthrough to confirm the seller has honored their commitments and everything meets your expectations. As closing day approaches, there will be plenty of details to manage, but I’ll keep you organized and focused so the process feels as stress-free as possible. Once the paperwork is signed and the keys are in your hand, it’s time to celebrate. You’ve earned it, and I’ll be there to toast your achievement and the exciting journey ahead.
